Steel, Electric Moter, Acrylic, Business Cards
12" X 4"X 18"
Who is the quickest draw when it comes to business cards? I think someone has handed me one before I even said hello. Business cards are obviously very useful and fun to have but why do I feel strangely shameless when a grab a stack on my way out the door.
The “Business shooter” is a gun that rapid-fires business cards. If networking is your only reason to go out to an event then the act of unloading a clip of cards and watching them rain down on all potential clients with the hope that some of them will pick up the card and actually initiate some type of business might be considered insane but more honest in your intent that 20mins of small talk. This performance is my way of showing the struggle of balancing social interactions and business. On one hand it is great to meet new people but on the other we may always be thinking about what we can potentially get from this interaction.
